Chief Justice Ali Baig Inaugurates Copy Scanning Management System (CSMS) at District & Sessions Court Astore
Marking another key milestone in the digitization of Gilgit-Baltistan’s judicial infrastructure, the Honorable Chief Justice Ali Baig formally inaugurated the Copy Scanning Management System (CSMS) at the District & Sessions Court Astore.
The ceremony was attended by DG IT & Development (Chief Court) Mr Ghulam Abbas Chopa, Addl Registrar GB Chief Court Mr Rahat Ali Changezi, District & Session Judge Mr Minhaj Ali Raja, Chairman GB Bar Council Advocate Sami Ahmad, and President (Saddar) District Bar Association Astore Adv Giyaz Uddin.
The rollout of CSMS automates judicial record archives, enhances data integrity, and significantly accelerates the issuance of certified case copies, improving access to justice and public service delivery in District Astore.
